I love my mini doughnut pan! It's bakes up yummy, soft cakey doughnuts. They're mini so I can eat a couple and they're baked so I don't feel to bad about eating more than a couple :)
Basic almond cake doughnuts with a simple vanilla glaze.

They are pretty easy to make Kenni, you should give it a try. I am still looking for a great recipe. This one I tried last night turned out a little chewy. I am happy to try more recipes though, you can't have too many doughnut tests, right :)
