Baking/Blogging Bucket List

I have more than a dozen blog posts that I've started, with recipes I want to try or recipes I have tried and just haven't taken pictures of etc. I have good intentions and then I never turn those intentions into posts!
My pinterest boards are bursting with "to-do's" but not very many have moved to the "tried and true" or even the "epic failure" boards (I don't actually have an epic failure board, but with the long list of very intimidating recipes I have ahead I foresee one ;)
I am making an effort to hold myself accountable! This is my resolution. So I am putting this out here, my list of dishes I want to make. Some are sweet, some are savory and some are just so darn delicious I just can't wait to share them with you! Now you can help keep me on track!
That's what friends are for, right ;)
I will try to come back to this list and update it with links to the results as I go.
  • Macarons
  • Caramels
  • Beignets
  • Snowball Cakes
  • Lofthouse Style Sugar Cookies
  • Tiramisu
  • Marshmallow Cream
  • English Muffins
  • Hand Pies
  • S'more Whoopie Pies
  • Tempering Chocolate
  • Marranitos
So there is my list (well part of it). So what about you? Do you have a list of recipes you want to try or want to see me try first ;) C'mon little peer pressure can be helpful here!

P.S. If you are wondering about little baby Ngy, I'll have another update for you soon :D

Nursery Plans

The one thing I had known for sure when I got pregnant was that I wanted to do the nursery in mint and gold. It's pretty, it's gender neutral and it doesn't need to be overdone to be great!

I had pinned a ton of ideas over the last year (way before we decided to get pregnant!) that I really loved and some of them will definitely end up in the nursery!

I am CRAZY about this wood wall hanging! Can't you just picture it with a soft mint background ;)

I am not a huge fan of the chevron trend, it's cute, but I am over it! But I still love the way it looks in these colors.

You can never be wrong about a cute dresser with a fun pop of color AND a wall of cascading gold polka dots! This must happen!
